Electrical Survey’s

We discovered during our many decades of experience in the field of electrical installations and safety requirements that unfortunately many of the property owners we met or talked to, take a good and safe electrical installation here for granted. Yes that might be so in a western well developed country, but not here. We show you just a couple of photos of previous Surveys and inspections we did. To see and think about it for a minute and then ask yourself; is your house maybe the same way wired up? Are your electrical installation safe were your children and friends are using the electrical outlets or appliances of your property?

We can tell you and almost guarantee you that in most places hidden from the normal persons eye’s in boxes enclosed you will find similar wirings as we show you below.

Remember its not to blame anyone, but to show the importance of safe installation that are done correctly without cutting corners. Cable and wires just simply taped together in this humid and hot environment we live in here in Phuket the glue of the tapes will soon get off and the wires will be exposed, and later in your worst case create sparks and a fire breaks out
This is how we found the wires inside the junction box, these are carying high currents and are again just taped together not a single proper terminal is used. We started to ID each wires so that we are able to clean up this mess in the process and organize the wires to become safe.
